• Arrived without any damage and was very easy to set up. This looks great in my home. Very sleek. I bought this model because I am not a huge white wine drinker. Most coolers I looked at had a 50/50 split for temperature. I like how this one provides two rows for my whites and leaves plenty of room for all of my reds. Temperature seems accurate. Runs very quiet. I love it!

• Happy with my purchase after 1 week but do not expect to put any champagne/sparkling/over-sized bottles in this fridge without removing the shelf above. Narrow design is only designed for traditional 750ml bottles of wine.

• Arrived quickly, and has been operating well since getting it setup. Since it is electrostatic cooling, fans run continuously at low speed, so needs to be placed in a location where low-level noise is not a problem.

• Only one complaint – the shelves are a little tight, and sometimes you have to pull open the adjacent shelf to get your bottle out of the shelve above. Its almost like they are too close and there is no adjustment. Other than that, the product keeps my bottles perfectly chilled. The cooler is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. • A nice looking unit but it doesn’t cool as well as we hoped. The booklet states that the unit operates best in an enviroment that is between 70-80 degrees. We live in Phoenix and the outside temp is in the 110s. Inside, because of the low humidity, we set the air at 80 degrees. That means it’s 80 degrees at the thermostat but warmer the farther away you get. Where we have the cooler, it’s about 83 degrees there.

• My husband got this fridge as a gift, and it looks really nice and well made, but after almost a year we have noticed it doesn’t really ever got down to the temperatures we set it at and it seems to run CONSTANTLY! The fan sounds like a small motor running, not super loud though.

• Based off of various reviews I’ve read of other units in this price point this seems to be one of the best options. A few complains I’ve noticed about other wine coolers are: the shelves are too small, the depth is too short and/or it’s hard to get the bottle in/out.

• I love this cooler. It is just the right size holds my wine with easy loading and I can open a bottle seal it and put it back in with no problems. I love the fact that I can keep the red wine and white wine at the ideal temperture for flavor. It works great. I never realized how much better wine tastes when at optimal temperature. Great purchase

• The first unit I got never went below 54 degrees when placed in a cool room (65 degrees). Then the left side electrical panel went dark and took the left side cooling with it. The new unit I received seems to be working much better so far (will go down to 45 degrees on one side), but I’ve only had it for a couple days.

• I’m very pleased with this wine cooler. I have it tucked away in the corner of my home office. Throughout the summer months since I’ve had this, temps have hit upper-70’s and perhaps 80 a time or two in this space. • This is a very nice looking wine cooler. It is not perfectly silent, makes a light buzz, so if you want it to be in a place where you must have silence don’t get this one. However, mine is in my kitchen so no problem if it makes a little noise.

• This wine fridge has worked great for storing unopened bottles of wine until they are ready to drink. The fridge was very easy to set up and operate. It is a tall skinny fridge with metal shelves to hold the bottles. The shelves have indents so the wine doesn’t move around. The shelves also slide out but I find this is not necessary as the bottles are accessible and slide out easily.

• One thing I have to say, is Wine Enthusiasts sure do pack this unit well, it has foam top and bottom, all corners and edges have either a blue foam and Styrofoam strips as well as reinforcing cardboard panels. The box looks huge, but it’s because it was surrounded on all sides by this foam layer that made this unit arrive from the east coast with not one scratch or ding in the unit.

• I really liked this wine cooler when we first got it as a gift, and worked well for about 14 months (no damage done) when the front computer touch-pad decided to start beeping about 10 times a minute after any button is pushed. The beeping will not go away unless the unit is completely unplugged and ‘reset.’ When we called the company, because the unit was older than 12 months, there is nothing they will do for us about the problem.

• I just moved into a new house. I couldn’t take my old built in cooler that I had in my old place since my new kitchen has no space to put it under. I put this baby in my dining area. Looks fantastic. Some reviews just didn’t make sense so I didn’t care much about them. I can’t see any wrong so far. The only thing I had issue in the beginning was needing to put the handle on it myself. I had to screw it onto the door but that isn’t hard. I set the bottom at 61 degree for my reds and 57 for my white wine…Good luck you all…love this so far.

• The shelves are close enough together that you will not be able to fit any wider bottles, such as those used for Pinot Noir and champagnes/sparkling wines. A few of my bottles of Zinfandel also had a hard time fitting. But I took out a shelf in the bottom an a shelf up top and they are able to be stacked. The total wine bottle capacity dropped down to 26 but not that big of a deal

• Very good product half the year. I knew in advance the thermal technology would have issues in warm rooms but didn’t expect it to struggle with a 70 degree room. This unit can only muster a 20-25 degree differential with ambient

• this wine cooler is great and a much better value then you find in department stores. set up and unpacking took all of 10 minutes. I had wine chilling within 20 minutes.

• Fast exchange after first one was damaged. All paper work was taken care of by Amazon, great. Cooler is just what we were looking for. Looks super next to our bar in living room. Worth the price and than some, good value for the money.

• The wife got this for me on a whim. I wanted a small wine cooler that I didn’t have to worry too much about. This fit the bill. Thermoelectrics are well worth it in my opinion. I refuse to spend mega bucks on a wine cooler when all I want is something that will keep my small starter collection in fine drinking condition.
