• Arrived without any damage and was very easy to set up. This looks great in my home. Very sleek. I bought this model because I am not a huge white wine drinker. • Shipping was a disaster. I was shipped this unit 3 times. On the first two, the back left corner was completely crushed and significantly damaged in the same spot on both. I believe this is likely an issue with the warehouse. On the third one, I specifically requested they check the cooler for damage before sending. Unfortunately, this time there was a huge dent in the door frame, which I strongly believe was caused by the shippers. Fortunately, the customer service was great! They just sent me a new door and I finally had a fully functional unit that was not damaged.

• I really don’t understand all of the negative comments about this product. I read many of the reviews before I purchased this and to be totally honest, here was my experience.
  – to begin with, it was shipped via FEDEX and it arrived 4 days after I ordered it. I did not ask for expedited shipment.
  – the shipping container was a container within a container so you can tell there was special care placed in ensuring the product got there safely and without and possibility of damage. I was very surprised to see the size of the box when it arrived and I thought at first that this was way larger than I anticipated.

• A nice looking unit but it doesn’t cool as well as we hoped. The booklet states that the unit operates best in an enviroment that is between 70-80 degrees. We live in Phoenix and the outside temp is in the 110s. Inside, because of the low humidity, we set the air at 80 degrees. That means it’s 80 degrees at the thermostat but warmer the farther away you get. Where we have the cooler, it’s about 83 degrees there.

• My husband got this fridge as a gift, and it looks really nice and well made, but after almost a year we have noticed it doesn’t really ever got down to the temperatures we set it at and it seems to run CONSTANTLY! The fan sounds like a small motor running, not super loud though.

• This wine fridge has worked great for storing unopened bottles of wine until they are ready to drink. The fridge was very easy to set up and operate. It is a tall skinny fridge with metal shelves to hold the bottles. The shelves have indents so the wine doesn’t move around. The shelves also slide out but I find this is not necessary as the bottles are accessible and slide out easily.

• One thing I have to say, is Wine Enthusiasts sure do pack this unit well, it has foam top and bottom, all corners and edges have either a blue foam and Styrofoam strips as well as reinforcing cardboard panels. • The cooler is the perfect size for the amateur wine collector, or for the person that just likes to store wine in the appropriate temperature. I have been a been storing wine bottles from my many wine tours throughout California for some time, and just now decided to get a cooler since I moved and have the room for it. I’m not a serious collector, and don’t have more than a handful of nice wines…That’s why this is perfect for my needs.

• Looks nice and cools well, quickly. Dual zone seems to work well. Very pleased except for one thing. Larger/Wider bottles don’t work well at all. If you can get them in at all, they then block the level next to it (above or below) from opening at all.

• Great wine cooler. Just the right size. Easily fits most anywhere. Would definitely recommend this product, especially helpful because it has dual temperature controls. Great for both red and white wine.

• For the price it works well and does exactly what it claims to do. The glass doors tend to sweat from time to time but I would purchase again.

• I liked it a lot, but it is free standing and looks funny next to my kitchen counter. I have been looking for a nice cabinet to store the wine frige in, but can’t find one. so now I will have to build one myself.

• I just moved into a new house. I couldn’t take my old built in cooler that I had in my old place since my new kitchen has no space to put it under. I put this baby in my dining area. Looks fantastic. Some reviews just didn’t make sense so I didn’t care much about them. I can’t see any wrong so far. The only thing I had issue in the beginning was needing to put the handle on it myself. I had to screw it onto the door but that isn’t hard. I set the bottom at 61 degree for my reds and 57 for my white wine…Good luck you all…love this so far.

• The shelves are close enough together that you will not be able to fit any wider bottles, such as those used for Pinot Noir and champagnes/sparkling wines. A few of my bottles of Zinfandel also had a hard time fitting. But I took out a shelf in the bottom an a shelf up top and they are able to be stacked. The total wine bottle capacity dropped down to 26 but not that big of a deal

• Very good product half the year. I knew in advance the thermal technology would have issues in warm rooms but didn’t expect it to struggle with a 70 degree room. This unit can only muster a 20-25 degree differential with ambient
